The newly delivered "GAVISH" smart controller board will serve as the "brain" for outdoor fertigation systems, responsible for 24/7 sensor data acquisition, complex fluid management, and multi-channel relay control in harsh agricultural environments.



Given the specific application scenarios of this product, Runhi Electronic demonstrated exceptional technical expertise throughout the manufacturing process:

• Complex Mixed Technology Assembly (SMT + THT): As seen in the final product, this high-density board integrates advanced microcontrollers (Microchip PIC series MCU), a precision RTC module (with CR2032 battery backup), alongside a large number of Through-Hole Technology (THT) components such as heavy-duty green terminal blocks and electrolytic capacitors. It also features abundant industrial communication interfaces (COM1 RS232, COM2-COM4 RS485/232, and USB). Our advanced SMT lines and precise wave soldering processes perfectly ensured the mechanical strength and superior electrical performance of every solder joint.



• Stringent Quality Assurance for Rugged Environments: Agricultural controllers operate continuously under fluctuating outdoor temperatures and high humidity. To guarantee industrial-grade reliability, we strictly adhered to ISO and IPC standards during production. Comprehensive quality control measures, including SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and complete FCT (Functional Testing), were implemented to ensure a "zero-defect" delivery.
